Project Lead, Mark Williams-Jones said: “This scheme was conceived as a sensitive yet contemporary response to a complex site - seeking to elegantly coexist amongst a variety of architectural styles at the junction of three key London neighbourhoods. At the ground floor, our intention is to animate the surrounding streets and provide a new, arcaded pedestrian route through the building echoing the historic grain of nearby Soho and Covent Garden and adding to the rich tapestry of this part of London.”
